This month we challenge you to express yourself in colour by entering our first colouring in competition.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. You can use photoshop (or any other graphics application) or download the image and colour in by hand.
2. You must use between two and four colours to colour in the image
3. To download image click on the image and drag it onto your desktop
4. Email entries to
